Don't forget with your busy schedule to plan some time for fun activities and relaxation. You can take a dip in one of our pools or invite a friend for a game of racquetball or tennis. We encourage you to take pleasure in your surroundings and appreciate all that your community has to offer. The amenities area is available to all resident. Please remember that you must use your access card to enter on the south side of the clubhouse. The hours of the clubhouse are 5 am to 10 pm. Riverset Apartment offers free wireless internet at the clubhouse.

Pay Your Rent Online
If you don't like to rush to the office to pay your rent, or forget to get it to us by the 1st and are tired of late fees, consider the convenience of paying your rent online. Paying rent online is the most convenient way, plus it can be set up to be directly withdrawn every month from your account. All you need to do is click your mouse to our website (which we're sure everyone has set as their homepage) www.riversetapts.com and then click on pay rent online. Call the leasing Office for the details.

$300 Resident Referral
Refer your friends and family to Riverset Apartments and receive the Referral Bonus when they lease an apartment!!! Be sure that they mention your name on their first visit.

Pest Service
If you are having problems with those pesky pests, give us a call and we will have the pest service come and treat your apartments.
Pest Service is done on Tuesday.
